250 reasons to celebrate!

On July 4, 2026, the United States will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

We want to mark this incredible milestone as a country, as a state, and as a borough and township. Join us as we celebrate Hatfield250!

A Jeffersonian dinner with founding fathers
Commemoratives sales
Discussion panels on the Declaration of Independence
Hatfield history presentations
Installation of an historical marker for Lt. Col. Jacob Reed farmstead
On July 4, 2026, we are going to have a grand parade!

Donations

From school programs to fireworks, our Hatfield250 celebrations will only be possible through the generosity of our local residents and businesses. Use the button below to make a donation today at the Hatfield Museum & History Society website, and be sure to write "Hatfield250" in the note section.

You can also donate by sending a check, payable to "Hatfield Museum & History Society," and send it to HMHS, P.O. Box 111, Hatfield, PA 19440. Please remember to write "Hatfield250" in the memo line of your check.
