Right to Know

Please submit the above form to the appropriate contact officials based on the information requested. All requests will be addressed within five (5) business days of the contact official receiving the request.

Denied Request Appeal Process

In the event a Right to Know request is denied, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be filed within fifteen (15) business days of receiving Hatfield Township's response.
